Position: Senior Project Manager - High-End Residential InteriorsClient: Leading General Contractor Construction Management firm in New York CityCompensation: $130,000 - $170,000Location: New York, NY (ONSITE)Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card ONLY Our client is a mid-sized General Contractor and Construction Manager specializing in super high-endluxury custom residential renovation projects throughout Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing their own custom townhouse, apartment, or penthouse projects in New York, upwards of $10M in value, and be capable of leading project teams. The successful Senior Project Manager - High-End Residential Interiors responsibilities will include: Cooperate and collaborate with all project contributors and stakeholders. Design team, clients, Property managers, field teams and co-workers.Managing the day-to-day field activities to ensure schedules are met and stakeholders are aware of project status.Managing and coordinating all work to ensure that it is constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner, consistent with contract commitments and stakeholder expectations.Direct management of Project Manager and Project Superintendent on siteDetermine and Manage pre-construction activities. Read contracts,, sub-contractor scope of work and cooperate with Estimating, Purchasing and internal project team to prepare for each project.Development and management of project schedules using MS Project and ProcoreOrganize and host weekly meetings with sub-contractors, internal project team, and ClientProject contributors on a weekly basisManaging changes in project scope. Compile, submit and administer change orders. EvaluateCommunicate cost and schedule impacts.Prepare and manage submittal and procurement process.
