If you have experience in the Coffee industry, then this job might be for you.The FIM supports Tradecraft Coffee (TC) business nationally by managing onboarding, installation, and activation of TC products and programs within Canteen operations. This role bridges our business development and program management teams, ensuring Canteen operations and accounts succeed in their specialty coffee initiatives. The FIM serves as a brand ambassador, educator, and subject matter expert, supporting growth throughout Canteen and Compass. This position reports to the TC Director of Operations.Responsibilities:Execute tasks required for each implementation, identifying opportunities, offering solutions, and resolving project issues.Support refresh opportunities in existing client business by working with Program Management and Clients.Liaise between local Canteen Operations teams, equipment vendors, coffee roasters, and tea makers for product support, parts ordering, and training.Understand the operations, strengths, and weaknesses of Canteen distribution centers.Work with the new business project manager to schedule critical installs, supporting local teams.Provide equipment information and recommendations to sales and operations teams.Seek opportunities to improve profitability and business success, including optimizing systems for operational efficiency.Assist in developing operational and sales training resources.Qualifications:Specialty coffee experience with some operational background.High emotional intelligence, strong relationship management skills, and openness to feedback.Excellent prioritization and communication skills.Growth mindset with the ability to think disruptively.Ability to read financial statements and align actions with financial performance.Experience delivering tailored presentations.Proven success in an entrepreneurial environment, with proactive customer service abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness for continuous learning and achieving subject matter expertise.
