A career at Marsden means a career with a Company that will support your growth.Position Summary The Operations Manager oversees a team executing a high level of customer care for key accounts in Columbus, Ohio and will drive the Leadership Engagement Growth & Safety (LEGS) strategy of the Company. The Operations Manager oversees all daily operations of the team, and will ensure a safe and respectful work environment for all.Key ResponsibilitiesDirects and manages key operational functionsDevelops and maintains relationships of trust and engagement with on-site clientEnsures standards for service quality, equipment, safety and performance are maintained and that cost-effective resources are used to maximize service standardsImplement processes and structure in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focusDevelops, monitors, and reports on operating costs within functional areas. Alerts key stakeholder(s) of cost and labor over run. Makes recommendations and implements solutions.Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with one's own safe behaviorHires, trains, develops and appraises staff effectively. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with Company policy.
