Its flagship audio series such as Insta Millionaire & Saving Nora, particularly in the romance and thriller genres, have become fan favorites.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Head with 8-10 years of production experience in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the local production community, including directors, cinematographers (DoPs), production designers (PDs), casting Agencies, Talent Agencies and vendors across camera, lighting, sound, catering, transport, props and accommodations. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing production logistics for our slew of fiction shows, ensuring smooth execution from pre-production through post-production.Key Responsibilities:Production Planning & BudgetingCrew Sourcing & ManagementVendor Management & NegotiationsLocation Scouting & ManagementScheduling & LogisticsVendor and Supplier RelationsUnion and Legal ComplianceProblem Solving & Crisis ManagementPost-Production Coordination Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on production experience in the East work: A well-established network in the local Production community.Leadership: Proven track record of managing large crews and multi-department munication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build relationships with vendors, crew, and production companies.Problem-Solving: The ability to anticipate and resolve issues on set, often under high-pressure conditions.Budgeting: Deep knowledge of budgeting and financial management to maintain cost-effective production operations.Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with union guidelines, permits, and labor laws relevant to production in Los Angeles.Attitude: Self motivated with a 'can do' attitude Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in Hyper short platforms like Reelshorts or Dramabox or OTTdigital platform productionsFamiliarity with international production practices (helpful for coordination with the Indian production team).Union experience with organizations such as SAG-AFTRA, DGA, and IATSE.Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience and industry standards.
