Under the direction of the Director of enrollment management, this position will assist with all functions of the Admission Office, including but not limited to the overall promotion of the school and it's mission, and the preparation and support for admission, retention, and enrollment events throughout the year, demonstrating and maintaining applicant and family confidentialities throughout. This position reports to the Director of Enrollment Management and requires strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.Essential FunctionsDevelop and cultivate relationships with perspective, families serving as a primary contact throughout the admission process.Using strong attention to detail, organize and manage the flow of data in the EM database,creating and maintaining admission records- inquiries, applications, tours, etc. . Ability to create statistical reports using enrollment data.Assist with planning and implementation of admissions and community events, including group, tours, open houses, screenings, orientations, etc.Assist in best practices of ongoing development and maintenance for processes of inquiry, application, and enrollment proceduresAssist with the coordination of applicant assessment, and testing.Conduct school tours under the guidance of the Director of Admission.Oversee 6th grade scholarship process, and care for scholarship recipients.Provide administrative support and other shared school duties such as carline, desk coverage, etc.Assist Director of communications as needed.Additional duties as assigned or determined necessary by the Director of Enrollment management.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional school environment. While performing the essential functions of this job, you will be expected to frequently sit stand walk, climb stairs, talk type on a keyboard, hear and see. The ability to lift push band and pull up to 25 pounds, occasionally, is required.The ability to move around campus to attend in person, meetings and provide group tours of campus is required.The ability to work at special events during evenings, and weekends is occasionally required.Emergency staff designations, such as ability to Leader's direct students during emergency drills and real emergency events may be required.QualificationsTeam player with a positive and professional demeanor required.Self starter with the ability to organize and prioritize time and projects efficiently required.Technologically savvy with Strong proficiency in Blackbaud, Microsoft office, Excel, Google, Google Forms, and surveys required.database management experience, and basic website, design, and updating abilities required.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required.Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Advertising, and Facebook ads manager preferred.Familiarity with an email marketing suite, such as imodules preferred.Bachelors degree in Communications, marketing graphic design, or a related field preferred.
