We are currently representing a well-known Bank, that, due to a large number of deals, is looking to expand its Private Funds Advisory Team in New York.The team has seen tremendous growth and partnered with several top Private Equity & Credit Funds globally.Responsibilities:Work on transaction processes from origination to execution - including Directs, Primaries & Secondaries - predominantly GP-Led Secondary AdvisoryAdvise GPs on market proposition and strategyWork alongside the Distribution Team to advise on target investorsRequirements:At least 5 years of experience at a Placement Agent or Private Funds Group - Preferably in Secondary Advisory or Secondary InvestmentsDegree Educated
