You will be responsible for the following:Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Consultant to support a large-scale business enablement and change management initiative. You will play a key role in guiding the business readiness program, facilitating end-user onboarding to new platforms such as nCino. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams, developing training materials, and delivering both virtual and in-person training to several thousand users across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has a background in Instructional Design, facilitation, and program management within fast-paced environments, ideally in the commercial banking or financial services sectors.Key Responsibilities:Training Development and Facilitation: Learn the platform deeply, create tailored training materials, and conduct live training sessions, both virtual and in-person. This includes large onboarding events that may involve traveling to key cities (e.g., NY, LA).Business Readiness and Change Management: Engage early in new platform development, collaborate with business lines, and guide the training strategy to ensure users are fully prepared to utilize the tools structional Design: Leverage instructional design expertise to build and improve training content, ensuring material is engaging and effective for all users. Experience in creating lesson plans and adapting them based on feedback is essential.Project and Program Management: Assist in managing onboarding waves and training schedules, particularly during quarterly and biannual events where large-scale facilitation is required. Manage change and coordinate training efforts across multiple teams.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to communication and go-to-market plans, manage large data uploads (access entitlements), and continuously refine training processes. Work closely with business lines, technical writers, and project coordinators to streamline user onboarding.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in training development, instructional design, and live facilitation, ideally within a program management or project management setting.Experience with nCino or other commercial banking platforms is highly preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.Strong change management and program environment experience"”capable of adapting quickly to evolving training needs in a high-change, fast-paced structional Design Expertise: Proven ability to develop effective training materials and adapt training to different user groups.
