You will be actively involved in the daily tasks needed to originate and close deals, focusing on financial analysis, client engagement, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to align with the firm's strategy and execution.Key Responsibilities:You will play a key role in supporting all stages of M&A transactions, including:Financial Analysis and ModelingDue DiligenceDeal ExecutionMarket Research and ValuationClient Interaction and PresentationsProject ManagementIdeal Candidate Profile:Dependable, initiative-taker with a strong desire to learn in a high-growth environment.3-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or financial advisory, with experience in M&A processes at the Analyst or AssociateSenior Associate level.Strong research and analytical skills.Strong communication, and emotional intelligence skills.Proven ability to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts.Exceptional client service mindset and ability to adapt in dynamic environments.Strong organizational skills to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.Requirements:Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency in Capital IQ and Pitch terest in the luxury, beauty and premium branded consumer goods sectors.Why Dyens & Co?
