Company OverviewDyens & Co., headquartered in New York, is a leading independent transactions advisory firm focused on mergers and acquisitions in the luxury, beauty, and premium consumer goods sectors.Position Summary:This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to help grow and shape an established boutique M&A firm with a solid foundation of success and significant growth aspirations.If you have 3-5 years of experience and are currently at the AssociateSenior Associate level, we offer the chance to immerse yourself in the full M&A lifecycle. You will be actively involved in the daily tasks needed to originate and close deals, focusing on financial analysis, client engagement, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to align with the firm's strategy and execution.Key Responsibilities:You will play a key role in supporting all stages of M&A transactions, including:Financial Analysis and ModelingDue DiligenceDeal ExecutionMarket Research and ValuationClient Interaction and PresentationsProject ManagementIdeal Candidate Profile:Dependable, initiative-taker with a strong desire to learn in a high-growth environment.3-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or financial advisory, with experience in M&A processes at the Analyst or AssociateSenior Associate level.Strong research and analytical skills.Strong communication, and emotional intelligence skills.Proven ability to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts.Exceptional client service mindset and ability to adapt in dynamic environments.Strong organizational skills to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.Requirements:Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency in Capital IQ and Pitch terest in the luxury, beauty and premium branded consumer goods sectors.Why Dyens & Co?
