Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Location: Sioux Falls, SD (Local candidates or open to relocation required) Company: Aladdin (Capital, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 3-5 years of experience. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the company. Our ideal candidate is a working leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and assist with daily financial operations, while also managing a small team. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, audits, and compliance with industry regulations.Manage and mentor the controller and junior accountant, fostering their development and ensuring efficient financial operations.Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior leadership on long-term financial growth and profitability.Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.Collaborate with other department leaders to optimize company financial performance.
