Technical Support Engineer - East Cost US Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support.Analyze customer issues and provide expert troubleshooting to ensure timely resolutions.Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve product-related problems.Contribute to the development of product documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practices guides.Serve as an internal and external point of contact for customer escalations.Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in technical support roles.Proven ability to work with complex technical products and communicate effectively with technical teams.Experience supporting a B2B SaaS service.Proficiency with command line and log analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience interacting with product and engineering teams.Familiarity with any of the following business applications is a plus: Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Jira, Okta.
