As a Merchant II, you will enable the strategizing, building, and managing of global 3-year line plans and product journeys cross-functionally.A consistent part of your day-to-day responsibilities will be the detailed management, maintenance and communication of all seasonal tools and assortments. Enabling this effort will be the development of key relationships among cross-functional teammates, comfort with research and analysis, along with a genuine curiosity and commitment to learn and evolve.Beaverton WHQ - Mon-Thursday in Office, Friday WFH - Must be local5+ years' experience in merchandising, product creation, and or retail, in a vertical or wholesale environment.Footwear, apparel andor equipment merchandising experienceUnderstanding of retail key performance indicators and profit based metricsStrong strategy building skills that shape the future of the businessEffective communicator that collaborates and brings people togetherSkills:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Footwear, apparel andor equipment merchandising experienceThis role is with Women's Global running apparel - Experience in women's is a must. Will be working with footwear teams so some crossover is nice but bulk of experience needs to come from apparel.Previous Nike experience nice to have but women's apparel experience in other sportswear companies also nice to have.
