In this role, you will create and leverage connections within Ivy League schools to identify and recruit qualified candidates to become Wealth Management Advisors. Your efforts will bring top-notch talent to TriHarbor as you help shape the future of our elite advisory team. Key Responsibilities:• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Athletic Directors, coaches, trainers, alum organizations, clubs, and endowments across Ivy League schools.• Actively network and recruit prospective candidates to join TriHarbor's Wealth Management team. • Attend and host sporting events, seminars, dinners, and other recruiting functions to build brand presence and attract top talent. • Travel to Ivy League institutions to foster relationships and scout potential candidates. Position Requirements: • Ivy League undergraduate degree (required). • Polished and presentable demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. • Willingness to travel frequently (25-75% travel to Ivy League schools). • Sports background (preferred) - experience in athletics or working within the athletic community is a plus.
