Position Summary:ESP seeks a Full Time Lead System Administrator (IAT III) for our simulator work at JB MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, NJ. Performs System Administrator duties on the flight and weapon system training systems and oversees System Administrator work at NAS New Orleans, LA and NAS Key West, FL. Reports to the ESP JB McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ Site Manager.SECRET Security Clearance RequireCompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) or equivalentExperienceEducationMinimum seven (7) years of Cybersecurity experience in secure network and system analysis, proceduretest generation, test execution and implementation of computernetwork security mechanisms.Minimum of DOD Approved Baseline Certification as Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III in accordance with DOD 8570.01-M (i.e. CISSP or equivalent).Expert knowledge in all Information Assurance Technician (IAT) I and II functions.Extensive operational knowledge of vulnerability management tools such as Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)Extensive knowledge of CS methods, principles and governance to ensure the secure integration, operation and maintenance of all complex training system computing, networking and enclave environments.Working knowledge of CS instructions and practices (e.g., DoDI 8570.01-M series- Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program; CJCSM 6510.01 series- Defense-In-Depth: Information Assurance (IA) and Computer Network Defense (CND); DoD 8570.01M; and DoDI 8500.1 Cybersecurity).Ability to work independently to solve complex CS problems.Ability to supervise and direct the work of subordinate Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) personnel.Within six (6) months of assignment, complete Government sponsored training on the DoD Enterprise Security Solution (ESS) and the DoD Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and be able to assist Government IA personnel in the configuration and sustainment of ESS, and able to execute and analyze vulnerability scans upon request by Government IA personnel.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee configuration management system for cyber maintenancePlan and conduct CS continuous monitoring and associated analysis to maintain the CS posture of training system environments, networks and enclavesPlan and conduct tests scans and vulnerability assessments using Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) approved tools, applications and guidance.Ensure accurate, complete and timely reporting of scan results with associated artifacts using applicable Continuous Monitoring and Risk Scoring (CMRS) toolsplatforms.Assist ISSMISE personnel with the preparation and submission of RMF security authorization packages for initial and renewal Authorization-to-Operate (ATO) for training systems.Coordinate CSATO requirements with Government CS personnel, including the ISSM, ISSO, ISEO, and COR.Assist ISSMISE in the initial development and installation of system patches for specific training systems platformCoordinate and supervise subsequent installation of system patches for remaining training devices of that specific platformSupport the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems, and software applications ensuring integration with CS security requirements for the training systemsEnsure the proper back-up of training systems software in preparation for installation of system patches or other CS related maintenance actions.Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software CS problems;Support the ISSM, ISE and COR in the development and validation of CS technical and procedural documentation (i.e. System Administrator Guides).Plan and perform scheduled CS specific preventive maintenance of computer systems and network components;Develop and conduct initial, annual and refresher CS training for subordinate CSWF personnel.Assist Site Manager in the preparation CS related reports and CDRLs.ESP is an equal opportunity employer.
