Finance Manager

It requires a deep understanding of financial principles, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure the plant's financial well-being and adherence to company policies and regulations.Responsibilities:Product costing, determining preliminary costing of products, finalizing marginsPerform inventory monitoring including physical counts, reporting of varianceConduct as needed analysis and completion of special projects, including capital expenditure Work collaboratively with Operations on budgeting and lowering of costs at all levels.Responsible for all financial closing processesQualifications:Bachelor's degree 10+ years in financial management, preferably in a food manufacturing.Strong knowledge of plant manufacturing environment, and cost accounting.Excellent knowledge of budgeting, inventory, cost control and financial management.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policiesERP experience
