Role: Senior Data Analyst SpecialistType: 6 month contract with possible extensions or conversion to permanentWhere: Hybrid remote (3-4 days in office) in Milwaukee, WIJob Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst Specialist with expertise in data management, customer data journey, and platform synchronization. This role requires proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, and various data management tools to drive business insights and ensure data governance and maturity. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience working with data from diverse platforms, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerBI reports and dashboards to drive business insights and decisions.Implement and manage data governance and data maturity practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Analyze and synchronize customer data journeys across platforms, ensuring seamless data integration.Design, build, and maintain SSIS packages, using C# scripts for data automation.Create and manage reports using SQL and SSRS to support various business functions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide actionable tegrate data from various applications, including HubSpot, Zendesk, and Pipedrive.Required Skills and Technologies:SQL: Advanced skills in querying and data manipulation.SSIS: Experience designing and optimizing data integration packages.C#: Proficiency in writing scripts for SSIS packages.SSRS: Experience creating, managing, and automating reports.PowerBI: Strong ability to create dynamic reports and dashboards.Nice-to-Have Skills:Python: For scripting and enhancing PowerBI reports.Dataedo or other data lineage or data cataloging tools.Familiarity with HubSpot, Zendesk, Pipedrive, BigCommerce, and Dynamics GP for data integration.What would separate you:Experience with ECI's Exact MAX ERP system.Knowledge of WithoutWire inventory management solutions.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment and enjoys working closely with business stakeholders to translate data into business value.
