Salary Range: An annual base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.What you'll do:Participate in the global annual planning process and monthly forecasting process which involves financial modeling, coordinating and consolidating submissions from CFO teams, as well as preparing management presentations.Aid in the preparation of strategic plans at business unit and corporate levels, new business analysis, and ad hoc analyses in coordination with Investor Relations.Help implement the QRM ALM for forecasting.Assist with scenario planning (What-If analysis) on the impact of key items (loan growth, deposit rates, deposit betas, etc.) on the P&L and capital levels.Support Corporate FP&A and Strategic Finance teams during the quarterly earnings process.Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of results and present commentary to senior managers, explaining changes from prior forecastsbudgets.Refine management financial reporting including KPI dashboards, monthly business reviews, board presentations, and investor packages.Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible.Foster collaborative relationships with business teams, implement new processes, and drive continuous improvement through insightful analysis, building accountability and predictability of financial performance.What do you need?Minimum 2+ years of corporate FP&A, investment banking, or consulting experience.FP&A experience supporting the financial services industry is a strong plus.Demonstrated experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis across financial products, performance analysis, project management of financial planning projects, developing data reporting, and analytics processes for the financial services industry.Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.Experience with FP&A systems (Bancware, QRM, and Workday - a big plus).Demonstrated ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.Strong work ethic and self-initiative, with the demonstrated ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced and changing work environment.Willingness to embrace unstructured environments and problems and manipulate large data sets.Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities while achieving superior results.Strong attention to detail.The ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, at all levels within the organization and mitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards, while exercising the utmost discretion in managing sensitive information.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education:Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or economics.Master's degree is a plus.Strong academic credentials.CFACPA a plus.
