Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist who will conduct perfromance trending and data analyses, produces management reports, makes decisions to address problems and issues, and provides broad support for assigned categories. This opportunity is located in Indianapolis, IN! Duties:Create presentations and related communication to highlight summary programproject results to key internal and external stakeholdersResponsible for preparing ad hoc analysis of program results , including areas of risk, action items needed, key opportunities for improvement, etc.Manage vendor relationships and day-to-day program functions ensuring desired Property Operations outcomes and goals are metServe as a go-to liaison for internal customers and external vendors to resolve large-scale or complex requests, questions, issues, etc.Desired SkillsExperience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, with an emphasis in business knowledge of Real Estate and other related functions2+ years of previous professional experience in sourcingprocurement, analytical, operational, or property management rolesTechnologically savvy and a self-starter with the ability to work independentlyStrong ability to learn quickly and navigate contract processes with minimal oversightHigh proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting Ability to shift focus rapidly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered
