Job Description Participating primarily on Financial Lines and Cyber underwriting audits as assigned by Audit Manager and coordinating audit findings with the team. Analyzing the audit results and identifying trends and training needs that will result in improved profitability. Acting as liaison to one or more lines of business or Financial Lines and Cyber business units. Helping to develop and enhance the standardization, consistency and efficiency of the audit process. Sharing underwriting best practices across towers, regions and branches Helping with special projects as assigned Travel to two annual team meetings Qualifications Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Prior Audit experience Financial Lines and Cyber products Attendance at Specialty School II Demonstrated technical expertise, product and coverage knowledge for Financial Lines business including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, KR, E&O, Financial Institutions products, Media, MPL, and Cyber Liability and Digitech products. Required to cross-train in order to audit various towers within NAFL (Public, Private, E&O, Financial Institutions) and Cyber for branches/regions across North America. Cross Train in Surety to assist the Segment Leader Knowledge of proper underwriting analysis and documentation of risk assessment, pricing, underwriting guidelines/strategies, procedures, policy rating, and issuance for multiple lines of business Strong Financial Analysis skills Familiarity various systems: CUW, Workview, Duck Creek, Corporate Solutions Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, methodical and organized Strong decision making skills Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal audit stakeholders Strong Word and Excel skills Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum ten years of Financial Lines multiline underwriting experience About Us Chubb is a world leader in insurance.
