Posting Summary Rutgers School of Nursing is seeking a Facilities Program Specialist Facilities Program Specialist for its Department of Facilities located in Newark, NJ to oversee facilities operations at the Stanley S. Bergen building, collaborating closely with the IT department to integrate building-related technology for improved learning and include: Serves as the facilities coordinator for SON spaces within the Stanley S. Bergen Building. Manages all access and locksmith related issues for faculty, staff, and students within SON spaces in the Stanley Bergen Building. Assists in ensuring all classrooms and conference rooms for the SON within the Stanley S. Bergen Building are fully functional from an IT and facilities perspective. Submits work orders and follows up to ensure all issues are corrected. Collaborates with the SON Office of the Registrar as they assign classroom spaces for courses and prepare the SON final exam schedules - Collaborates in the assignment of space for all exams according to course and instructor needs. Develops timelines to monitor workflow and maintains accurate records of follow-up procedures and activities for all on-going facilities related projects within SON spaces in the Stanley S.
