Position Summary Provide direct nursing care to residents. Supervise and coordinate activities performed by Nursing Assistants to maintain quality care. Handle admission, transfer, and discharge of residents. Keep healthcare professionals informed of changes in resident conditions. Respond promptly to emergencies. Perform other assigned duties and comply with all policies and procedures. Position Requirements Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing Licenses/Certifications: Active LPN or RN license Experience: 1+ years of Nursing experience Skills & Abilities: Demonstrate compassion when working with residents.
