Job Classification: Marketing & Communications - Communications Job Summary: Reporting to the Vice President, Creative Services, the Director, Creative Enablement, is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-impact events and video production projects. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and align with organizational goals. The Director, Creative Enablement will provide leadership on content creation, storytelling and project management while fostering collaboration among internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a blend of expertise in event production, video management, communications and project leadership. The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. What you can expect: Collaborate with the creative services team to develop engaging concepts aligned with organizational messaging while leading planning and production of creative content Develop comprehensive project plans for creative projects, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between departments to deliver on project goals while being primary point of contact for project updates, communicating progress and resolving issues with stakeholders. Allocate resources and manage production schedules to ensure that multiple videos projects are completed concurrently without compromising quality Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while meeting branding standards. Deliver events with high-quality attendee experience that align with the company's vision and strategy. Provide leadership on-site or during events, coordinating all elements of production to ensure seamless execution. Conduct post-project evaluations to measure success in partnership with Analytics team, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future projects. Prepare detailed reports on event and video project outcomes, including ROI, engagement metrics, and budget reconciliation. Present engagement findings to senior leadership, highlighting key successes and opportunities for growth. What youll need: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, film production, event management, content creation or a related field. 7 years of experience in event management, video production, video producer/associate producer, or project management Proven track record of managing large-scale events and video production projects. Strong project management skills with experience in budget management, timeline creation, and cross-functional team leadership. Ability to influence others within and outside of team to achieve desired outcomes. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, , Trello) and video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong understanding of video content creation and event production best practices. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event and video production schedules. Core Skills Creative: excellent ability in multiple creative disciplines (design, video, social, events, etc.), advanced skills using creative tools and software, and a passion for storytelling in multiple formats and mediums. Business and Financial Acumen: strong business judgement and understanding of business strategy and financial goals. Ability to connect the dots and think laterally about disparate issues and stakeholder issues. Trusted creative advisor: track record of success in leading creative and cross-department teams to develop and create high impact creative strategies and assets. Influencing with impact: skilled in influencing business, function and other communications partners on creative strategy through a combination of verbal and written communication skills and experience navigating complex business structures. Strategic leadership: demonstrated willingness to take calculated risks and tackle difficult issues in a constructive and solutions-oriented manner, while retaining a forward-looking, innovative mindset.
