They are a continually growing company, and they are looking for an entrepreneurial, visionary leader to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth Responsibilities: Oversee the entire sales team, providing direction and assistance in the sales cycle to drive revenue growth. Responsible for converting leads to project closeout ensuring exceptional customer service Provide training and mentorship to the HVAC sales team Grow the sales team. Qualifications: HVAC sales, with 5+ years of sales management experience The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role.
