Job Title: Software Integration Manager Position Location: Raleigh, NC. Hybrid role, must live locally. Your impact: As a Software Integration Manager at Coastal Credit Union, you'll lead our platform engineering team in designing, developing, and maintaining reliable and robust systems integrations for a platform of connected solutions. The Platform Engineering and Integrations Manager will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our enterprise integration platform, integration-related initiatives and implementations, ensuring the reusability, reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems landscape, and enabling an API-driven design and delivery across the organization. As a key contributor to the Coastal team, your responsibilities will be: Lead and mentor a team of integrations architects and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning (20%) ```{=html} ``` - Serve as the API and integration champion at Coastal to help teams across the organization identify integration opportunities and define the process to translate those business requirements into scalable solutions (20%). ```{=html} ``` - Manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of third-party tools and services into our integration ecosystem. Establish and enforce application integration standards, patterns, policies, and best practices to ensure integration reliability, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements (20%). ```{=html} ``` - Design, implement, and enhance scalable APIs and integrations to support data availability, feature reuse, and innovative solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all APIs, integration processes, and configurations (20%). ```{=html} ``` - Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and trends in API management, enterprise integration, and distributed systems. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and platforms to enhance our integration capabilities and drive innovation (10%). ```{=html} ``` - Work closely with Networking and Infrastructure teams to ensure the availability, performance, and resilience of the integration platform and associated systems. Identify performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies in integrations, and implement optimizations to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency (10%). Interested? Here are the qualifications we need to see on your resume: Experience: Eight years' experience in a systems development/software engineering role, with at least four years' experience of managing people Experience with: Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and related services Designing and delivering scalable API-based integrated solutions Integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Jitterbit Integration methods, architecture, communication protocols, networking, and best practices Integration messaging such as JSON, XML, SOAP, and REST Preferred experience: Experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
