Our client, a busy CEO, is looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant. You will provide high-level support to the CEO. This role is based in Garden City, with occasional work in the New York City office. Job Responsibilities: * Manage the executives personal and business calendar * Schedule meetings, appointments and ensuring alignment with priorities * Coordinate board meetings, executive lunches, and monthly meals provided to local organizations * Arrange travel, create detailed itineraries, and manage logistics for business meeting, lunches and dinners * Serve as the primary point of contact between CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication * Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for meetings, maintaining confidentiality where required * Monitor and manage emails, calls and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters * Handle expense reports and track budgets related to travel and events * Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making process * Proactively manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO * Assist in managing the CEO's personal errands * Stay highly organized and handle tasks with precision and care * Go above and beyond to support the CEO and the team, ensuring seamless daily operations Job requirements: *Exceptional communication and organizational skills * Attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs * Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude * Ability to work independently and as a part of a team * Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite) * Experience managing confidential and sensitive information * Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 DOE Health benefits 401K
