Quality Engineer

Quality Specialist Location: Latrobe, PA Salary: $85k - $90k DOE Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM on site Leading producer and distributor of premium specialty alloys located in Latrobe, PA is in need of a Quality Specialist to join their team. Duties: Recommends improvements in process and product Quality Provides support in the establishment of Critical to Quality measures (CTQ), Key Process Characteristics (KCC), Key Control Characteristics (KCC), control plans and FMEA. Increase customer satisfaction by reducing claims, remakes, scrap and deviations from standard work. Identify and recommend improvements in critical work center Overall Equipment Effectiveness Requirements: Engineering degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in quality manufacturing Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
