While you will bring valuable skills and experience in substance use treatment, you will also learn about eating disorder treatment modalities and techniques upon hire. You will assess clients' therapeutic needs, develop treatment plans, and serve as the primary contact for clients and their families throughout the treatment process. Essential Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service and care to clients, families, and colleagues. Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans. Facilitate weekly individual and family therapy sessions, as well as specialized group therapy sessions. Provide skills coaching and monitor behavioral interventions for assigned clients. Maintain therapeutic relationships while setting appropriate boundaries. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated client care. Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and organizational guidelines. Effectively communicate client progress and treatment goals with referral sources, families, and guardians as appropriate. ISJPOP Qualifications Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology. Must hold or be working toward licensure in Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT). Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with a focus on substance use treatment in PHP/IOP settings; experience with eating disorders is a plus but not required. Additional certifications or licenses, such as Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), are valued. Willingness to learn and apply eating disorder treatment modalities upon hire.
