Now Hiring: Hotel Housekeeper for Lookout Valley Join our dedicated team in providing top-notch hospitality and creating a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Competitive wages and benefits are available for this full-time position. Job Requirements: Cleaning Duties: Perform cleaning tasks in all guest areas, including rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces. Professional Service: Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests and colleagues. Standard Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping departmental standards are followed diligently. Guest Requests: Respond timely to guests' special requests such as cribs, cots, extra towels, etc. Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of necessary cleaning and room supplies, ordering replacements as needed. Maintenance Reporting: Report any necessary maintenance items to the maintenance department for prompt resolution. Policy Adherence: Follow all departmental policies, procedures, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as needed, including assisting other departments during peak times. Qualifications / Skills: Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve guest issues amicably. Reliability: Highly responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic. Teamwork: Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, contributing to a positive workplace culture. We provide full training and support a positive work environment.
