Your new role As a Water Resources Engineer with Construction Inspection Experience, you'll design and manage water resources projects, including stormwater management systems, water supply systems, and flood control projects. You'll spend 2-3 days a week out in the field, immersing yourself in the action, inspecting 1-2 sites per day, and directly affecting the quality and safety of our infrastructure. The rest of your week will be dedicated to detailed report crafting in the office, where your insights will shape the future of our projects. This is a full-time onsite role that's far from the routine. This role offers you a blend of hands-on fieldwork and strategic office responsibilities, providing a dynamic and rewarding career path that's truly unique. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in water resources engineering and construction inspection. A construction background is ideal. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal water resource regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
