How You'll Contribute Gathers, consolidates, and analyzes multiple inputs to develop project proposals including labor and material estimates. Consults with Concare sales manager regarding project details. Confirms competitiveness of labor and material estimates, monitors consistency of customer pricing. Creates accurate, readable, annotated floor plans. Prioritizes timely completion of proposals, including delivery/presentation to customer. Experience in flooring or related construction industry; including as an Estimator for a construction specialty subcontractor. Associates degree in a related field of study preferred. MS Office Suite experience; strong Access and Excel experience preferred. Estimating software experience preferred and ability to learn our proprietary software. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and project specifications.
