Product Sourcing Manager (Home Accessories)

Our client is an industry leader in home accessories. Sourcing Manager Responsibilities: • Shop the market to find white space • Work closely with overseas team • Work closely with the merchant and product development team to ensure vision of product is achieved during the sourcing and production process • Analyze business needs and develop and implement global sourcing strategies for assigned categories • Collaborate with key partners in design/development and negotiate costs/deliverables with sourcing partners to ensure best profit margin for the products is achieved Sourcing Manager Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in sourcing in home accessories • 2+ of those years in licensing business • Strong sourcing, manufacturing, negotiating and costing experience • Up to date on the latest trends and strategies in sourcing and production • Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency • Must be a strong communicator and a team player
