Professional Services Group is now hiring for the position of Supervisor over our new Children's Long-Term Support Program in Dane County! JOB SUMMARY: The Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program provides access and funding for supportive services to youth and their families with a variety of physical, developmental, or mental health disabilities. The CLTS waiver provides financial assistance for services that are needed to keep these children safely in a home or community setting. As the Supervisor, you will provide the day-to-day supervision of Case Managers within the CLTS Waiver Program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERVISOR: Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, evaluating and disciplining of program staff Provide day-to-day consultation to Case Managers to ensure effective and quality programming for clients. Monitor the program budget. Act as a resource for workers in emergency and crisis situations. Monitor files, documentation deadlines, billing units, productivity, service authorizations, and billing claims Guide staff in the development of client assessments, service plans, and case notes; and review and approve final documents from staff Assist with incoming referrals, assignments, and monitoring of caseloads and workload Ensure quality assurance through file reviews Review billing units for accuracy and assist in correcting rejected billing claims. Safely transport clients as needed. LOCATION: Dane County, Wisconsin. Must be available to work on-site, with some flexibility for hybrid scheduling. SALARY: $60,000-63,000 SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules. WHY WORK WITH PSG/CIP? REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related is required. Three years of prior experience working with at-risk youth and families with multiple issues is required.
