Our client is looking to fill the role of Executive Assistant to head of Business Development. The Midtown Financial Services firm has a new role adding to their administrative staff supporting the MD of Business Development as well as one other executive. This is a fast-paced role with the need for someone with previous experience as an Executive Assistant in financial services. Responsibilities: Complex calendar management Meeting coordination Domestic and international travel arrangements Participate in internal/external calls to stay on top of executive's schedule Create PowerPoint presentations Expense reports Need strong attention to detail to keep executive on track Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in financial services Required Qualifications: Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities Must have advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree required. Days in office:3 - 4 (need to be flexible depending on what is going on) Hours:8:30 - 6:00 Bonus Range:10%- 15% Need to be able to pull together slides for internal presentations more than investor meetings Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, written and problem-solving skills.
