We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to exciting projects that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn. You will assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and support the team in developing promotional materials.  Job: Full time Pay Range: $25.50 - $34.50 hourly THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Pittsburgh, PA  Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns Manage and create content for social media platforms Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities Support the team in the production of marketing materials Help organize promotional events and campaigns Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment  Bonus Points: Competitive entry-level salary.
