Job Description The Senior Vice President ("SVP") of Operations is responsible for building physician partnerships, setting the Group's growth strategy, and managing the clinical, financial, and operational performance of the Group. Overseeing an approximately $600M operational portfolio, the SVP is responsible for building a strong shared vision for their Group and ensuring they have the supporting people and operational processes in place to drive performance. Proven experience in leadership roles with a history of driving team success and achieving organizational objectives. Demonstrated eagerness to identify and address opportunities or challenges without needing direct oversight. Excellent people skills are necessary to collaborate cooperatively with physicians, all staff members, and external customers. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee complex projects and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with presentations to senior management, boards, community groups, and physicians Proven history of taking initiative and driving projects to completion with minimal supervision. Ability to manage ambiguity and a highly matrixed organization. Demonstrated growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement. Proven ability to embrace challenges, learn from feedback, and adapt to evolving situations. Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, with an average travel commitment of 40-60%. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or relevant field, and/or equivalent work Minimum fifteen (15) years of healthcare operations management experience. Experience leading healthcare operations in a multi-state integrated emergency care system, integrated hospital delivery system, or multi-state medical group of $500 + million in revenue including experience in contract negotiations and with managed care models within a complex environment.
