Okanogan County Child Development Association Early Learning Coach OCCDA provides early childhood education and comprehensive, prevention-based services for children ages 0-5, pregnant women, and their families. OCCDA provides both classroom and home visiting services from ten locations. By joining our agency, you will become part of our 50+ year legacy of providing services to children and families. About the position: The Early Learning Coach will create collaborative partnerships and use research-based strategies to support adult learning and professional development for HS/ECEAP or EHS service providers in order to improve or refine practices associated with positive outcomes for children. The ideal candidate will have the following: • Ability to be Flexible in scheduling and tasks • Clean Driving Record • Clearly communicate both written and verbal • Ability to successfully work in a team environment • Passion to make a difference • Open-minded • Ability to use effective critical thinking skills Required Education and Experience: BA (or advanced degree) in Early Childhood Education or related field. Experience as an early learning coach, consultant, mentor, or trainer. POST HIRE: CLASS Observation Certification) within six-months of hire. Creative Curriculum Training for Infants Toddlers and Twos within six-months of hire. Parents as Teachers Foundational and Implementation training within 1 year of hire. Early Achievers Coach Training within six-months of hire. Complete Coach Orientation Webinars within six-months of hire. The position is 40 hours per week for 52 weeks per year with a starting salary of 23.25.
