Job Description Chart interdisciplinary progress notes in an informative and descriptive manner to reflect resident care. Prepare and administer medications/treatments as ordered by a physician; Ensure drug & narcotic records are accurate and up to date for each shift; notify nurse manager of discrepancies; appropriately dispose of drugs & narcotics. Assist the care plan team to identify the physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity needs of residents. Qualifications: Qualifications Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing or New Graduate Current Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse License. Current CPR Certification. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
