PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to support an opportunity for our customer located in Washington, DC. Duties and Responsibilities: The PSI Pax Financial Improvement Coordinators use best practices and knowledge in the field of Financial Improvement Coordination to provide special functional or technical expertise in operations and transformation services. Essential Job Functions: Serves as a leader in Financial Improvement Coordination, ensuring that a group of professionals are working successfully within the context of complex business environments. Develops business cases, functional and non-functional requirements, feasibility studies, and scope solutions for new solutions. Comprehends, communicates, and guides interrelationships between requirements and solutions, considering both the current and potential future environment. Identifies gaps and shortcomings in solutions and determines necessary workarounds and/or changes to the solutions proposed. Leads process modeling and translates requirements into design. Highly knowledgeable and greatly skilled at assessing and implementing feasible solutions in compliance with government standards and relevant best practices. Leads solution design. Leads formulation and implementation of strategic plans. Coordinates with the client at the SES-level and above Qualifications: Nine (9) years related experience in financial improvement initiatives. Excellent proficiency in verbal and oral communication with personnel of all levels. Experience in independently working projects and outstanding management skills. Secret (Interim Clearances acceptable). Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
