General Manager at Meat & Potatoes

We are looking for a talented, driven General Manager to join our team at Meat & Potatoes! The ideal candidate is a committed leader who is highly organized and hard-working. They have a proven track record of improving operations and developing staff members. They will typically be leading service five nights per week, developing a strong FOH team, and overseeing fiancials and cost of goods. Experience and Qualifications: -3+ years in a leadership position of a high volume restaurant -Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays -Understanding of P&L statements, and ability to budget for bar and other FOH purchases -Ability to identify and develop talent within the team -Passion for excellence and superior service standards -A positive attitude with a teamplayer attitude -Must be able to bend, stand, and move for entire shift
