We are looking for a Logistics Manager to set our strategy into motion, nurture relationships throughout the supply chain, and work harmoniously with partners to keep our operations running smoothly. Your guidance will be pivotal in fostering a culture of safety, quality, and compliance while ensuring service excellence. Your responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. Coordinate with the 3PL provider to ensure adequate staffing levels and performance. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency. Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions. Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations. The experience we're looking for Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field is required. At least 4-6 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management. Experience in a lean manufacturing or Six Sigma environment is a plus. Certifications in supply chain management, logistics, or Inventory Control like Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) are desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong cultural empathy, and be able to build constructive relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software. Salary Range USD $90,000.00 -$136,000.00 Pay Transparency The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
