Arups Recruitment Marketing Team is an integral part of the People Team, collaborating closely with the Marketing Team. We work across various functions, including Digital marketing, Communications, and Business Development, to strategically position Arup as an employer of choice. **The opportunity** We are seeking a dynamic and creative Recruitment Marketing intern to join our team this upcoming summer! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Create engaging content for social media, job boards, and other digital platforms + Assist in the development of strategic talent attraction campaigns + Collaborate with the marketing team + Contribute to ongoing external newsletters and copywriting + Support the team in global employer branding initiatives **Is this role right for you?** Were looking for interns who are curious and ready to evolve how you think and work. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of New York City, NY will differ. **Newark Hiring Range** - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Newark is $26 to $37 per hour. **This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level.** Benefits are not included in the base salary.
