If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.As a Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all fleet vehicles, trailers and equipment operate efficiently.We offer an annual tool allowance, uniforms, flexible hours and we can guarantee overtime. Pay is based on experience.We're looking forward to hearing from skilled mechanics like you who are ready to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Performs tune-ups, brake jobs, and other preventative maintenance on cars, trucks, trailers, and other powered rolling equipment.Dismantle and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists.Diagnose failures of vehicles and disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts as puter-based diagnostics; interface with modern truck interfacesBasic computer use (email and web browser)Adherence to DOT regulationsMaintain vehicle records as required.Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are always kept in a safe and usable condition.Perform miscellaneous yard work that may include loading and unloading OTR trailers.Adhere to company work safety policiesOther duties as assigned.The CompanySince 1961, Edwards Moving and Rigging has served as a specialist in providing heavy hauling and multi-modal transport solutions.
