We are looking for a Senior Manager - Strategic Finance to join our team in our Teaneck, NJ office. The Senior Manager - Strategic Finance will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making across the organization. This individual contributor position requires a self-starter with exceptional analytical skills, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. A day in the life and how you'll make an impact: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify business opportunities Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for various business scenarios Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and commercial success Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices Prepare and present clear, concise presentations, financial reports, and KPIs for stakeholders Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus 5 years of total professional experience, including experience in one of the following: Investment Banking Management Consulting Equity Investing Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision making Strong commercial instincts and business acumen Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial software, and data visualization tools Outstanding communication and presentation skills Required Skills and Attributes Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative Very strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers Preferred Experience Track record of success in a high-growth, fast-paced technology company Experience with SaaS business models and metrics Experience with Hardware businesses including inventory tracking and cost control Knowledge of financial planning and analysis practices Personal Qualities Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines Proactive and self-motivated Benefits we offer: Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision.
