Hays has partnered with a well known, national provider of Energy Efficiency services, to help them bring on their next VP Of Engineering. If you're an experienced, technical leader, with a strong track history of consulting on large ($2M-$75M) Energy Efficiency & MEP projects, and you're looking to take ownership of an Engineering department, then this could be the opportunity for you. Job Description: The Vice President of Engineering will be responsible for leading and managing the engineering division, across multiple offices, ensuring the delivery of high-qualit services to our clients. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and fostering innovation within the engineering team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Oversee the entire engineering process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet quality standards and client expectations. Collaborate with other departments, including Business Development and Operations, to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions for clients. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project management. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in engineering technology and practices. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 15 years of experience in engineering consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing large-scale Energy Efficency projects. ($2M-$75M) Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
