Qualifications Highlight Ideal Candidate has 5 years concrete precast manufacturing experience, w/5 years in DOT related precast. 3 years of management experience (Plant, Production, QC, etc...) Mix Design and/or Batch Plant experience Related Bachelors or equivalent experience necessary Excellent leadership, communication and people skills. Good planning skills.
