Job Title: Electronics Engineer Entry Level Security Clearance: Secret Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Testing, or a related field. Experience Requirement: No prior experience required. A Bachelor's degree can be substituted with an additional four (4) years of related experience performing tactical network electronics engineering functions. Location: APG (Aberdeen Proving Ground) Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Electronics Engineer Entry to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will engage in various electronics engineering processes and support activities related to tactical network capabilities in an acquisition program. This role provides a unique opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in electronics engineering. Key Responsibilities: Engineering Support: Perform electronics engineering processes, procedures, and best practices. Provide engineering expertise in development, testing, evaluating, training, and configuration management in support of acquisition programs. Network Architecture: Assist in providing engineering support on transport and networking architecture, focusing on current and future tactical network capabilities. Technical Evaluations: Support design reviews and conduct thorough technical evaluations and assessments of network performance and architectures, including risk assessments and integration strategies. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with organizations such as PEO C3T, other Program Managers (PMs), Product Directors (PdMs), and Army-wide stakeholders to coordinate interoperability considerations. Technology Integration: Provide technical support to evaluate and integrate new technologies aimed at modernizing communications and enhancing tactical capabilities. Subject Matter Expertise Required: Familiarity with electronics engineering processes and procedures. Basic understanding of transport and networking architecture. Interest in participating in design reviews and technical evaluations. Willingness to collaborate with various organizations and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Testing, or a related field. No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and contribute is essential. Candidates without a degree must have four (4) years of related experience in tactical network electronics engineering functions.
