SUMMARY Clean production rooms, equipment, and parts per training/work instructions's. Supervisor or designated production personnel will communicate the type of cleaning required in each room production room. Cleaner will perform the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain the "Clean Room" ensuring equipment is put away and the room is kept clean and orderly. Maintain documentation in appropriate log books per work instructions. Clean all rooms, equipment, and parts as per current GMP practices and work instructions. Maintain cleaning equipment and accessories in a safe and orderly manner. Follow proper procedures for bagging and labeling all parts for storage. Maintain all chemicals in proper storage containers and cabinets. Ensure packaging rooms and used equipment/parts are labeled correctly to and from location to storage and working areas. Performs other routine duties as required by Supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily post training. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply your training to carry out detailed work, and written or oral instructions. Ability to resolve problems involving variables in standardized situations.
