Workday Systems Analyst/Developer

Duration: 6+ Month W2 ContractLocation: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Sunnyvale, CA)Position Summary:The IT Business Systems Analyst will serve as a Workday Systems AnalystDeveloper, providing functional and technical support for Workday HCM. This role involves configuring Workday modules, troubleshooting integrations, and translating business requirements into effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:Configure and design Workday HCM areas, including core functions, absence, benefits, and compensation.Provide Tier 1Tier 2 technical support and develop interfaces.Build and debug custom reports, EIBs, connectors, and calculated fields.Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.Create functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Conduct various testing phases (unit, integration, regression, user acceptance).Maintain system integrity, manage upgrades, and support production processes.Engage with business teams to optimize processes and technical solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience with the Workday platform in both implementation and support roles.Strong knowledge of Workday integrations and project implementations.Experience with Workday configuration, user management, and custom fields.Proven ability to gather requirements and develop detailed specifications.Experience with building custom reports and debugging integrations.Workday Pro Certifications (Integrations and HCM) preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on teamwork and detail orientation.
