At present, our portfolio includes American Golf, Drive Shack, and Puttery.Location: New York, NY 10011(This is a 100% onsite position)111 West 19th Street, Floor 2Position Type: Salary + Bonus# of Openings: 1Compensation: $100,000 -115,000 + BonusTitle: Financial AnalystJob PurposeThis role will be responsible for generating comprehensive, precise, actionable, and timely analysis and financial reports for managers across all levels of the company. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in financial modeling, consumer data analysis, and have a strong understanding of markets primarily associated with sports, real estate, leisure, media, and entertainment. By leveraging advanced financial planning and analytical skills, this position will play a pivotal role in influencing crucial strategic and operational decisions.ResponsibilitiesOversee financial reporting, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting general analysis.Establish and maintain financial reporting systems, encompassing Sales Reporting and analysis.Manage Corporate Expense Reporting and perform associated analysis.Develop, execute, and coordinate financial analyses, reports, and presentations to support critical business decisions.Utilize consumer behavior data to inform marketing strategies.Conduct financial and business assessments, such as industry analysis, competitive positioning, and growth prospects.Fulfill additional duties as assigned by managers and other functional leaders.QualificationsMinimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related field.Demonstrated proficiency in Excel modeling, including advanced functions and financial modeling techniques.Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear and visually appealing presentations for diverse audiences.Preferably, background in Asset Management, with experience in managing and optimizing financial assets to achieve strategic objectives.EducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.Working ConditionsDesk-based environment 100% on site.Regular use of computer systems and software for data analysis, modeling, and presentations.Collaborative work with team members and stakeholders across various departments.Occasional requirement for extended periods of sitting and concentration.A flexible schedule may be necessary to accommodate deadlines and business needs.American Golf Corporation is committed to equal employment opportunities for all.
