Senior Financial Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide key financial insights and strategic support to drive business performance for an industry leading client of ours. This role involves collaborating with leadership and business partners, offering detailed analysis and guiding informed decision-making.Highlight:Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Responsibilities:Prepare monthly journal entries, variance analysis, and financial reports for accurate statement closures.Analyze and report on financial performance, trends, expenses, and headcount for management insights.Lead forecasting efforts, identifying risks and opportunities with business leaders.Provide ad-hoc reporting, support organizational changes, and manage financial business cases.Act as a financial advisor to business partners and ensure leadership is informed on key performance trends.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred).5+ years of financial analysis experience.Proficiency with tools like Hyperion and PeopleSoft.Strong analytical, communication, and partnership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
