Expense Reimbursement:Lodging: Reimbursed at 100% of the GSA per diem rate, reduced to 75% after 60 days or when long-term lodging is secured. Max: $59day (no receipts required).Travel: Mileage, airfare, or car rental expenses are fully reimbursed.Minimum Qualifications:U.S. citizen or naturalized, with the ability to obtainmaintain site access.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and operation of office equipment.Experience in maintenanceproject planning using CMMS.Familiarity with developing job plans, work instructions, and maintenance processes.Desired Qualifications:Knowledge of hazardous materials, furnaces, scrubber systems, and related procedures.Experience with work control, and planning maintenance in high-risk environments.Familiarity with Maximo CMMS and technical writing.Position Description:Plan, prepare, and close maintenance work orders.Develop work packages, instructions, and job plans for maintenance activities, including material requisitioning and labor estimating.Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines.Conduct walkdowns, reviews, and verify equipment meets specifications post-maintenance.Request partsmaterials, support daily activities, and update progress for supervisors.Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams for task completion.
